I believe that that Logmire was totally out of order for allowing them to speak with out it being documented, and to me it proves that he used his authority wrongly and this is a perfect example of what not to do. I think he comprimized the whole case by doing this. I believe he was fired for it and now they have reistated him because it makes the department look so bad.

(1) No way should the two suspects have been allowed to speak for seven minutes or any length of time without officers present.
(2) The investigating officer should not have any undocumented contact/communication with the suspect(s).
He can dance all he wants but Longmire is clearly “on the take” relative to the Bailey Murder.

When Detective Derwin Longmire heard ” We smoked some coke on the way down to ambush him.” he did not ask or want to hear about getaway driver Mackey or Bey (talking about his friend blocking the Bailey investigation on the police videotape in the kidnapping/torture case) Good luck indeed.The Police chief and D.A. didn’t ask or want to know who “we” were either but had the decency to flee the scene of the crime.
