		<description>OPD made a desperation move by charging Bey with the kidnapping case when they were obviously trying to build a stronger case against him and the bakery. After Mr. Bailey was killed, and OPD knew Bey was responsible, they charged him with kidnapping, since the soldier confessed. Charging him with kidnapping and torture when they were building a much stronger case had to have come from the top of the OPD and the City of Oakland,  since everyone in Oakland knew that Bey IV was responsible, and having him free on the streets would be bad for the city. Now Bey IV will serve his lttle sentence, and when he gets out many will have forgotten about Chauncey Bailey&#039;s murder.... This makes me sick.... they should have been more patient and tried to build a stronger case against Bey IV.</description>
